Program name and description

When you request a quote on summitlegacy.life and tick the consent box, Greg Ringling, a licensed insurance producer doing business as Summit Legacy Life, may text you to confirm your request, schedule a call, answer your questions, and follow up on the life or final expense insurance quote you asked for. We do not send promotional blasts and we do not text anyone who has not requested a quote.

How you opt in

Consent is collected only on our website quote form, through an unchecked box you tick yourself. Submitting the form without ticking the box does not enroll you. We keep a record of the wording you agreed to, the page, and the time.

Message frequency varies depending on your request and conversation.

Cost

We never charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time and you will be unsubscribed. You will receive one final message confirming that. You can also call (724) 647-3155 and ask to be removed.
